A One-Twelfth Scale Model of a Napoleonic Coach made for The Fisher Body Craftsman's Guild Competition. This was a model-building competition open to youths aged 14 to 19. The prize was a full college scholarship and a guaranteed job with GM. At the height of the depression, this was a prize worth over $150,000.00 in today's dollars. Antique Victorian Cut Crystal Syrup Pitcher, with silverplated, hinged lid and handle. Sometimes called a molasses can, or jug, this pitcher has a raised diamond point pattern around the body, topped with 6 'fan' designs - each having 9 rays. Circa 1870.
